My name is Trevayne Cox. I qualified as a chartered physiotherapist in 1980 from QE Hospital Birmingham. Afterwards, I worked in an NHS hospital in Hertfordshire for 7 years before establishing my own private practice. In addition to this, I have also worked as lead physio at Springdene Clinic in North London before eventually relocating to Worcestershire. I am registered with the HCPC and most medical insurance providers, and I also offer home appointments across Broadway and the surrounding areas.

In addition to being a physiotherapist, I have always felt that there was more to healing than just traditional techniques. In 1998 I started on a new pathway of studies to better understand the impact that our emotions can have on our health and overall wellbeing. I further expanded my studies to learn about the power of the mind and spirit for affecting health positively.
The power of the mind can be used to positively impact your physical health, which can be life-changing! By combining traditional treatments like physiotherapy, electrotherapy, massage and exercises with complementary therapies and self-help techniques, it can be more effective for healing the source of the issue and creating a better life where the individual has more control of their health.
